3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Ungstrup (26267) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 6, 2004
A yellow beer with a disappearing white head. This beer is listed as a pale ale at the brewery, but the color is way too pale for a pale ale. The aroma is powerful of hops with notes of grass. The flavor is sweet hoppy with notes of grass and a really nice bitter hoppy end that turns dry. It is almost as if it is green hopped, but it is just dry hopped.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2009 (On tap) Guestbrew made by Garrett Oliver of Brooklyn Brewery at Nørrebro Bryghus.
Pilsener golden, clear and filtered with a heavy carbonation and a thin head. This is a typical "brewmaster beer" rich as it is in hops. You’re under heavy fire here from no less than three modern, American aroma hops: Vanguard, Athanum and Amarillo. Extremely dry and crisp, with only a limited malty feel. More bitter than quite a few IPAs. 040105
