COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A powerful and full-bodied spring herald at 7.5% ABV. Brewed according to the original bock tradition, which used to be the point of origin for Danish easter brews. Bottom fermented, copper golden, with a discreet aroma of dark malts and hops. The flavor is round and sweet with notes of caramel and raisins. Average bitterness and aftertaste.

Bottle 330 from Purvis. Great malty beer. Aromas of caramel, biscuit, cereal, and chocolate. Taste is sweet, with long length. Palate is creamy, and full bodied. Dark brown, with a frothy head.

Pours cloudy brown with a off-white head. Aroma is very malty with notes of caramel and raisin. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long malty finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours a dark brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma of sweet toasted malts with some metallic notes. Flavour of sweet toasted malts, metals, raisins and some spices. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a sweet, raisiny and spicy finish. Metallic notes ruin this.

Dark ruby red, thick tanned head. Smells of roasted malts, yeast esters and raisins. Taste is very good, full malt body, nice good sweetness, raisins, caramel and light hints of flowers. Feel is quite thick and sticky. Finish is very hoppy and bitter. I find caramel, raisins and nuts. Very nice bock

0,25 l glass at Nørrebro Bryghus 2011-05-26. Clear, deep ruby-red with an off-white film. Aroma laden with dark caramel and dried dark fruits. Sweet, alcoholic, toasted, light bitter flavors with toffee and dark caramel. Medium to full body. Syrupy taxture.
