Handbottled. Bottle @ Ulfborg Winter Tasting Part ?, (Late 2011). Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head. Red grape and citrus. Really fucking fresh and inviting. Citrussy. Lovely grapefruity flavor. Soft . .Dry and bitter. Refreshing! Ohh my god it’s great!

Nørrebro - Simcoe Pale Ale. Draught at NB. Clear golden - white head. Nice super fresh hoppy. Orange. Fruity. Knækbrød. Citrus. Medium malty. Light sweetness. Very nice.

On tap at Nørrebro brewpub, thanks Theis and Plovmand for a great evening! Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of nice fruity hops, citrus, mango, grapefruit, grape. Flavour is light sweet, floral, fruity, lovely fruity bitter hops with grapes, grapefruit, oranges, citrus, firm dry bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Very nice beer to start off the evening.

Bottle from Papsoe. Hazy deep golden/amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, hops, simcoe, fruit and citrus. Flavour is malt, hops, fruit, pine, grapefruit, little sweet and bitter.

Tap at the brewpub. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh fruit like oranges, grape fruit, passion fruit and light mango. The flavour is citrus, passion fruit, peach, grape fruit, caramel and ends up dry crispy and citrussy. Fantastic!

Handbottle. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Amazingly crip and fresh Simcoe in the nose - it remains a wonderful hop. Medium body, heavy sweet fruitiness that is perfectly balanced by the exotic and bitter Simcoe. Delicious indeed. 261111

Barril. Hazy nice golden colour, white headVery pleasant fruity hoppy piney aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour of ripe like fruit, pine, great hoppy brew. Dry and bitter, well alsting finish. Very nice!

Pours clear golden with a lovely, staying, creamy, white head. Great looks. Aroma has lots of lemons, oranges, apricot and light pine. Highish, lively carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has clear Simcoe character with citric, green grapes, grapefruit, apricot. Some slight pine. Light malty feel making it instantly drinkable. Lingering dryness with mild bitterness. Very drinkable.

Draft. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrusy and spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes lemons, spices, malt, and hay, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of hops, pine needles and grass. Fruity flavour of hops, pine needles and grass with notes of exotic fruits. Dry hoppy finish.
