Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Hazy amber / orange color with a average frothy good lacing mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet, moderate to heavy hoppy, banana, bubble gum, toffee / vanilla. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate bitter, middel flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, syrupy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic.

A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a thick fruity note of peaches and dried apricot. The flavor is sweet with a strong alcohol note hitting early, then the malt, and fruit comes along, this time with notes of oranges, and peaches, as well as some spices - like Kongen af Danmark - licorice.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy orange with an orange head. Aroma of aroma hops and sweet malt. Flavour is hops and a sweet maltbase rounding of the edges of the hops. Sweet finish.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2009 (On tap) A rerate. Hazy, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Sweetish, spicy aroma with some yeast. Quite full-bodied, sweetish with lots of fruit and yeast. the finish is lightly bitter. A Tripel can hardly ever be called clean, but I believe this is about the closest imaginable you get to the style. Very delicate indeed. 140407

Aroma of fruits, spices and yeast.
Flavour of fruits, spices and yeast with notes of alcohol.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Cloudy amber. Yeasty banana aroma. Sweet, full bodied and fruity. Ful Belgian style yeast character. Orangey with curacao and caramel. Shys away from becoming sticky. A really well made sipping beer.

Draught. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Sweet malty slightly spicy aroma. Sweet malty yeasty and spicy flavor. Has a sweet malty and warming alcoholic finish.

Draught. Spicy, perfumy aroma. Soapy flavour, quite peppery and a bit sweet.

Tap at Norrebro bryghus. Cloudy orange/copper with a small white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, fruits, berries and chewing gum. Warmth and sweetness from alcohol. A bit muddy/messy combined but taste is allright.

Hazy amber color; small creamy head. Aroma of malt, sugar, delicate fruitness. Medium body, quite sweet malt, leaving a subtle fruitness (yellow apples peel). Alcohol hidden very well. Very pleasant and well brewed.
