Draught. Dark reddish brown colour. Refreshing acidity. Quite sour. Hints of red grapes. Grape skins. Fruity finish with red currants and black berries. Ver y nice.

Draught @ CBF 2012
Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, oak and funk. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long vinous, sour, fruity, dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Little head, dark red brown. Nose with raisins and a little sweet cherry - nice but heavy! Medium body and some length. Taste is light sour with some sweet cherries as well as raisins.

On tap @ Ølfestival København 2012. A dark almost murky brown body with a small sidesticking off-white. Lovely tart and red-wine vinegar aroma, red berries, wood and some sour cherries. Great. Really woody flavors! More red vine vinegar, grass, sour red currants that feels quite stingy! Not alco stingy more herbal stingy. Really tasty and vinious. 10.05.2012

CBF 2012: Ruby coloured and hazy. Has no head. Nice aroma, almost like red wine, acid, fruit too. Flavor is acidic, finish bitter. Astringent. Lively carbonation.

[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Hazy dark brownish red color with a bit of pinkish beige foam. Aroma of cherries, oak, red wine and some vinegar notes. Very sour flavor, slightly vinous, with vinegar, cherries and oak. Medium-bodied. Not bad.

Sample at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2012. Pours a cloudy redbrown colour. Strong sour aroma of brett, vinegar and nuts. Flavour is extreme and sour with notes of vanilla, oak, red wine, tannine and lactic acid, cherries. I really liked this beer.

Draught. No head. Hazy dark red brown body. Powerful acidic sour dried berries aroma with grapefruit notes. Lovely sour berries grapefruit vineous flavor with wood, earth and vanilla notes. Low carbonation and a long bitter sour aftertaste. Not as sharp as expected and feared.

Sample from tap, CBF 2012. Hazy, red-brown colour with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has grapes, red wine, plums, light chocolate, a good tartness and cherries. Taste is nice sour - tart with plums, red wine, oak, and cherries. Medium body with a slick texture. Lively carbonated. Dry and tart finish. Very good, one of Nørrebro´s best.
