0.6L bottle from Vinmonopolets bestillingsutvalg. Tall and dense shiny white head. Nice laceworks. Hazed, straw to pale gold colored body. Dry wheat aroma, with a fresh lemon scent and faint coriander. Soft wheaty malt flavor. A little sugar-sweetness, hints of acidulous lemon, and vague notes of spice and bittering hops. Soft and creamy in the mouth. Light without being thin. Rounded fruity and wheaty ending. Easy to like, soft and gentle.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Rating #428, bottle from Føtex
I drank it to a first course consisting of shrimps, avocado and salad, as it should be magnificent to courses with fish and shellfish, but I think it would have worked just as well with any other beer. Personally I don’t understand the beer-food thing and think each beer should be drank without accessories, not as an accessory.
Well, it’s an opaque yellow beer with a tiny dense head. Watch out for the yeast that floats around! (Cooled lying). A sourish, "belgian" yeasty, spicy nose with some touches of coriander. Taste is a bit more one-dimensional with the wheaty sourishness from the malts as the most dominant factor, and the fruityness is always a bit subdued. A bit hay, spices. Rather creamy beer and medium bodied.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle. Hazy, golden body with a big, foamy white head. Aroma is quite mild banana with grain and coriander. Flavor is light and refreshing, banana fruity, moderate sweet malt and coriander. A typical wit, quite light and that’s OK.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a light orange hazy body with a medium white head. It’s kinda dark for a wit, and I think it wears the color well. Nose is citric peels, kiwi, coriander and hints of champagne yeast. Lively carbonated, Stuykman Wit gives off very light flavors of grapefruit, pale malts, wheat and coriander. Some bready notes in the aftertaste. While it is quite drinkable (and probably a great thirst quencher in summertime) this pretty much goes into the "just another wit" category. The slightly maltier profile still saves it from being utterly forgettable, and since the brew is a rather nice session beer I won’t go hard on it.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Color is cloudy yellow. Not very appealing.. Taste is a bit tired, reminded me of a "nikoline orangesoda" in some strange way.
