COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: Based on a very classically brewed Belgian style tripel with just the one twist that it was fermented with a saison yeast blend. After primary and secondary fermentation on tank for 3 months, the beer was racked into French Sauternes oak barrels and inoculated with brettanomyces and lactobaccillus. After 8 months in the barrel, the beer shows a very charming combination of spicy aromas, earthy notes and the complex tartness added by the wild yeast and bacteria. The body is dry with intense spicy and fruity flavours with clear hints of vanilla and oak.
Ingredients: Barley malt, wheat malt and hops.

Bottle shared by esp0r at our #1000 rate session. It has a dark golden body with a low white head. Fruity and woody aroma with wine notes. Taste is sweet, with wheat, orange, oak and wine. Good carbonation, long finish. A really interesting beer.

This is unlike any tripel that I’ve ever tried, and better than most. Pours golden orange with a very small head. Funky, fruity aromas. Lots of wine notes and some sweet/sour fruitiness in the mouth. Zingy acidity. Lots of Sauternes character. Surprisingly tasty beer from Norrebro.

Bottle shared at the daje & esp0r hits #1000 rates sessions.
A slow gusher. Pours copper hazy with a tiny head, some lacings. Smells of wine, oak, fruits and malts. Heavy sweet, hints of wine acids, nice desert wine flavors, quite lots of sweet fruits like prunes and plums. Light bitter finish, not much hops. Wow, this beer is awsome. The sauternes really rules this beer. Not much of a classic tripel anymore, but who cares. This is elegant, classy, just a very nice beer. Probably one of the best ones from Nørrebro ever

Bottle from Fonefan, thanks! Amber color. Malty, vinous oaky aroma. with hints of vanilla. Malty sweet, oaky flavor with vanila, grapes and tropical fruit. Tart, citric, complex and delicious. Slightly alcoholic.

Sour, funky aroma. Somewhat of a milky sour apple flavor. A bit mellow, could be a bit more sour for my tastes.

Bottle at Dan’s, pour courtesy of Aaron. Thanks Man! Pour is hazy copper with no head. Sour peaches, light spice, caramel, light funk, brett, bread, and green apples in the aroma. Taste is light butter, peaches, apricots, pineapple, bread, light spice, and wheat with a lightly sour finish. Medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad, but kind of a letdown.

Bottle @ Dan’s house, picked up at Olbatikken Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellowish orange appearance with no head. Tart, white wine, oaky, tangy herbal, quite sour aroma. Richly tangy tangerine, passionfruity, oaky, tannic, a bit vinous, lightly lactic, earthy flavor. Somewhat interesting but not my favorite.

Pour out of 330 mL bottle, thanks Aaron for the pour! Hazy orange pour with thin white to no head, aroma has notes of sour lemon, acetic acid, some brett, hints of earth, white pear, hints of grainy grass, touch of funk, pretty nice smelling. Taste is a mix of sweet peach, lemon, vanilla, hints of earth, touch of grass, slight caramel, finishing fairly sweet, slightly dry, not very sour in the taste.
