Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

Draft. A hazy deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus and fruits - especially peaches, but also a slight acidic edge. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, peaches, and other slightly over ripe fruits, leading to a slightly tart citrusy finish. Quite refreshing.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Spiced and fruity aroma with a distinct banana estery note. Flavour is sweet and banana flavoured with a mild spice note and light citric. Mild caramel malt flavoured over the back of the tongue. Lasting fruity impression mixed with subtle spice and acidic notes. Highly drinkable.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour with not too much head. Aroma is spices, fruity, some tart and sour wooden notes as well as some mild earthyness. Flavour is fruits, earth, spices, some mild maltyness. Wellbalanced and nice refreshing Saison.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy amber, no head. Fruit yalmondy nose. Sweet and fruity with above mediu mbody and rounded mouthfeel. Crystalli malt, caramel and marzipan, notes of pears. Low bitterness.

Sweet and fruity aroma of spices with notes of yeast and wallonian barnyard.
Fruity flavour dominated by spices (especially nutmeg and cloves) with an acidic touch and notes of yeast, flowers and bubble gum.
Spicy finish.
A bit too spiced.

Tap at KBH Festival, 2009. Hazy to unclear amber with a creamy white head. Nose is fresh of hay, yeast and pepper like spices. Medium bodied. Some yeast and citrus. Fine.
