Hazy yellow-golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Lovely lacings. Aroma has green apples, malts, pineapple, sweetness. Medium carbonation, lovely creamy mouthfeel. Flavour again has green apples, malty sweetness, some exotic fruits, light coriander. Light peppery finish and a hint of brett. Lovely.

Bottle. Low white but lasting fluffy head. Hazy orange body. Light bitter lemon dominated aroma. Pebbery lemon flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Alcohol well hidden.

Bottle. Pours slight hazy straw coloured with a nice big egg white lasting head. Aromas of citrus, yeast, sweet malt, sweets and flowers. Sweet and fruity flavour with notes of orange fruit, pale malt, mild hops and a little honey in the finish. Tasty brew.

Draught at NB. Cloudy yellow - white head. Flowery, fruity, yeast-esters, phenols, sweet notes, candy, medium carbonation, light saison notes, peppery, cardboard, citrus, orange, wheaty, light bitterness, spicy, light barnyard, smooth, light alcho-burn.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a lacing white head. Orange peel and citrusy aroma. Light estery. Sweet and fruity initial impression. Mild yeasty spiced note and a slowly increasing dryness into a mild spiced and slight bitterness. Lasting fruity impression into the far finish. Smooth velvet and mellow mouthfeel and yeasty flavour.

Draft. A slightly hazy golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has spicy notes of lemongrass and coriander as well as some of hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemongrass as well as medium notes of peber, spicy hops, on a subdued malty back ground, leading to a very dry almost tart spicy and hoppy finish.
