I nice lemony nose with some saaz hops. Taste is similar with some floral, lemony, zesty flavours as well as a fair bit of hops. Carbonation is perfect and the flavours real come through in the middle. Finish is slightly bitter and even a tiny bit sour. Really nice beer, probably the best out of the few I’ve tried.

Very good tripel that could also benefit from funkier hop profile. Fine deep hazy gold with creamy white head. Aroma really fills the nostrils with freshness of new grass, yeast and pale fruit and a citrus component. Definitely taste the lemony citrus and a fairly ’tight’ noble hop type dryness, under that is pale fruit. some sweet spice. Feel is moderately full with a sticky finish.

Pour golden yellow lots of floating friends heavily peppered through the beer with a solid white head decent lacing. Aroma of lemon zest, honey, floral, sweet smell. Taste of lemon, honey, malt sweetness, touch grassy/floral, spicy with a bit of a yeasty taste. MF full body nice mild carb. Overall solid brew but nothing exceptional.

Bottle. An unclear, yellow-golden beer with some small floaties. A small white head on top. Sugary, fruity and citrusy nose. Sweet and sugary flavor too, with fruityness and a yeasty touch. Citrusy finish. Warming, full-bodied and effervescent. A beer that I didn’t really understand, it’s too much on the sugary side, but the fruityness is nice and combined with the alcohol it makes a pleasant beer, but it’s not a beer that I’m gonna search the stores to find again. 101015

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: Super cloudy, golden orange, huge thick snow white head. Aroma: Lemon, ’salty’, lemon peel, citrus, perfumy too, lovely. Flavour: Cloying, thick, lemon, malt, yeast, spicy, sweet, peaches and pears, long sweet finish. Quite nice.

Aroma is dry citrus peel, light spicy and caramel.
Flavour is dry citrus, coriander, caramel and hops.
Quite refreshing.

Light hazy golden colour with white head. Saison-like aroma, it’s herbal, fruity estery, peppery. Malty flavour but boozy and edgy, also bit spicy. Lacking in heaviness and almond paste. Bit too rough in the edges, that’s all.

Bottle @ Chris O. Pours a golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma with some weak citrus hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.
