Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus peel, light ti light moderate honey - syrup, light spicy - coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus and citrus peel, light peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100407]

Draft. A slightly hazy golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has spicy notes of lemongrass and coriander as well as some of hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemongrass as well as medium notes of peber, spicy hops, on a subdued malty back ground, leading to a very dry almost tart spicy and hoppy finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a lacing white head. Orange peel and citrusy aroma. Light estery. Sweet and fruity initial impression. Mild yeasty spiced note and a slowly increasing dryness into a mild spiced and slight bitterness. Lasting fruity impression into the far finish. Smooth velvet and mellow mouthfeel and yeasty flavour.

Bottled@Nörrebro Bryghus. Hazy goldeny orange colour, small white head. Aroma is spices, fruits, hops and some toffee. Mild alcohol as well. Flavour is a bit acidic fruits, toggee and quite spiced. Pleasant tripel for once.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, April 2010. Pours cloudy golden with a small lasting white head and lacings. Nose is yeasty and fruity. Very floral, spicy and perfumy flavor. Dry and sticky with a touch of alcohol. Full bodied.

Hazy blond color; small head. The aroma is light, spicy yeast and rubber. Quite good spicy malt flavor, sweetish but complex enough, with correct bitterness. Pleasant spicy Tripel.
