Bottle picked up at the University Plaza LCBO. Pours a amber colour, tons of carbonation, huge fluffy white head, piles of lacing. Smells, sweet Belgian yeast, sugar. Tastes sweet, a little malt, Belgian yeast. Crisp and smooth.

Pours a good-looking light golden body with tiny floaties and a small white top. Aroma is original, complex and very nice: coriander, horseradish, celery, citric peels and some herbal yeasty notes. Taste is classic tripel with an original angle: molasses, dry floral hops, peppery tones and a smooth bland of coriander and citrus fruitiness. Full-bodied mouthfeel, yet refreshing and perfectly balanced between bitter and sweet. VårTripel ("spring tripel") from Nørrebro is definitely a fine-tuned brew; this is the best of the genre I’ve had in a very long time. Perhaps ever. :-)

I nice lemony nose with some saaz hops. Taste is similar with some floral, lemony, zesty flavours as well as a fair bit of hops. Carbonation is perfect and the flavours real come through in the middle. Finish is slightly bitter and even a tiny bit sour. Really nice beer, probably the best out of the few I’ve tried.

at first very sweet on the nose, after a swirl hops and lots of fresh lemon. the body is surprisingly warm (considering the nose, NOT the abv :)) taste of lemon and black pepper.

600ml bottle shared by jsprime. pours clear light gold with a lasting white head. a super soft and fragrant big saison, triple, belgian strong ale hybrid. soft, subtle and sippable. very approachable but quite complex and refined. a joy to drink.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy golden color ale with a nice thick foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of nice sweet malt base with light peppery notes with some fruity ester. Body is a very nice mix between some solid Belgian malt with a sweet base with a peppery yeast and some fruity apricot ester. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed with a nice balance and some great complex notes. This is one they should add to their regular line-up.
