COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours a nice, clear brown with a staying, lightly off-white head. Great duration. Sweet aroma with caramel, yeast, light raisin, blue grapes. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasingly sweet with a fine, dry chocolate note. Though the flavour is nice, it’s not as if it’s powerful...

Draft. A dark red beer with a thin lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of brown sugar and fruit as well as lighter notes of prunes and bread. The flavor is sweet maltyh with a light underlying acidity with makes it a bit tart on which notes of fruit, brown sugar, and dried fruits appear. OK - but won’t become a go-to beer for me.
