COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A very dark brown beer, a dense, beige head sits on top leaving lacings. Roasted malts, coffee and hints of DMS on the nose. Hints of DMS in the mouth as well, but mostly it’s roasted malts and coffee, some grass chiming in. Dry on the palate, medium to full body, but lacking a bit on smoothness. Lasting roasted finish. A pleasant schwarzbier, but not worth a detour. 110526

Black, thick tanned head. Smells of coffee, cerials and caramel. Full malted body, not very sweet with a nice dry feel. Finish is extremely hoppy and bitter - me like - Very nice example of the style
