Draught. High creamy lasting white head. Clear brown body. Flowery apple pear caramel aroma. Fruity flavor with a nice malty hoppy flavor and an alcohol level that seems just right. As always from these taps it had a high carboation. Long bitter sweet finish.

Papsoe (25085) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2012
On tap. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy beige head. Sweetish caramel in the nose, intense hops and then a rustic and not so pleasant chemical or gluey whiff. Has this been on some old barrel? Medium body, again caramel and again this rustic barrel note. And then again a solid if not very aromatic hoppiness. A beer that is out of focus. 190712
