(750ml bottle, thanks Kevin) Cloudy apple cider, medium off-white head. Aroma medium sweet, cherry, some funk. Taste is moderately sweet, cherry, melon, caramel, light sourness. Light-medium body, very drinkable.

750ml bottle via trade with Walt - Thanks Walt! - Pours apple cider brown with a short foamy tan head. Aromas of citrus, corriander, and some candi sugar. Flavor is sweet as well with candi sugar, yet also many earthy notes and some definite orange and corriander. Palate is medium bodied and pretty smooth to drink. This had complex flavor nice body and was easy to drink for an American Belgian.. Pretty enjoyable brew!

Aroma is gasoline, and the beer itself looks like diluted ice tea. Flavor is a blend of wintery spices and yeast with a slippery and watery palate. Not bad, but not spectacular.

Pour is transparent light brown with a nice tan head...pepper, corriander, and citrus aroma...great mouthfeel...lots of sweet vanilla and citrus with a nice balance of spiced vegetable and earth flavors...for a low gravity beer his has a lot of depth...

Dark amber color between brown and orange. SMells of oranges, peaches and apricots, has some lambic-like chemical aromas. Very mild flavors... dull on the tongue, unexciting but decent. A mild fruity and bready presentation.

On draught - from cask. Cloudy orange-brown with medium head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity. The flavor is sweet with some peach and kiwi flavors and a significant amount of bitterness. The balance between the fruitiness, bitterness and yeast is quite pleasing. Plus it goes down easy! Overall a very tasty brew.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Austin - special cask ale tapping. Pours a murky dark orange to a light brown with a generous off-white, frothy head with thick lacing. Aroma has some sweet cotton candy notes with a slight yeasty back end. Flavor has some sweet bubblegum notes with a trace of mint, raisins and dates - a whole lot of flavor packed into a beer with a low ABV. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. A most excellent Belgian - my hats off to the crew that helped brew this one.
