(750ml bottle, courtesy of Walt) Pours a lightly cloudy reddish-brown body with an average beige head. Aroma of apple, cherry, cola, and vinegar. Flavor of toasted malt, tobacco, bit charred, some sourness, and black pepper. Plenty of carbonation.

750ml bottle shared courtesy of Jasonmech77. Poured a medium and cloudy amberish brown color with small sized off white head. Aromas of yeast, lightly fruity, leather, wood and musty. Tastes of yeast, sour cherries, funky and toasted malts. Had a light tart and sour finish. Different and interesting (I kinda of liked it).

Growler(?)...O-Town Throwdown... Murky golden ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Terrific retention. Acidic, fuzzy fruit nose with notes of lemon, apple, sugar cookie and yeast. Sweet, tangy (almost tart) flavor with light, aged-hop bitterness. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Lightly sweet, toffee, black cherry finish. Degarth provided this beer... thanks, man!

Dark amber color between brown and orange. SMells of oranges, peaches and apricots, has some lambic-like chemical aromas. Very mild flavors... dull on the tongue, unexciting but decent. A mild fruity and bready presentation.

Sampled at the O-Town throwdown. Poured out a hazy brown with a thin white head. The aroma is musty, funky, soured and tart. For the flavor I get some sweet malts hitting up front and that is quickly over run by moldy cheese sourness and hints of lemon. This beer doesn’t taste as tart as it smells.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Austin - special cask ale tapping. Pours a murky dark orange to a light brown with a generous off-white, frothy head with thick lacing. Aroma has some sweet cotton candy notes with a slight yeasty back end. Flavor has some sweet bubblegum notes with a trace of mint, raisins and dates - a whole lot of flavor packed into a beer with a low ABV. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. A most excellent Belgian - my hats off to the crew that helped brew this one.

Poured a hazy brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of leather, oak, red cherries, toffee, pedio, with some toastiness as well. Taste of the same, cherry, some cedar, light sourness, some vinegar, and a bit more pediococcus. Dry finish.
