On tap at the brewpub. The beer pours a hazy golden-orange color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat and a light amount of orange citrus. The flavor is a little more pronounced. I get a stronger orange citrus component as well as some wheat, light pepper and coriander. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Cloudy yellow. 1 inch white head settles to 1/4 inch rather quickly. Faint grainy and spicy aroma of wheat malt and clove or cinnamon. Flavor is breach and yeasty and mildly malty. The feel is a little flat and stiff but not too bland. It finishes thick and with a syrupy, sought aftertaste.

Tap, light hazy yellow pour with no foam, aroma of some spice and wheat, flavors of light wheat lemon and thin spice, much preferred the hefe, weak finish

Pint glass at the joint- very cloudy and murky, half finger white head, dull yellow-orange color, appealing aroma of lemon, orange, pepper, yeast, and dulled wheat. Hits the mouth with a low-medium body, malt is strong even for the style- but fits in well, some light lemon in the middle, finish is complete with a note of pepper and clove. Highly enjoyable.

(Draught) Pours an opaque cloudy orangish yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, grain, and orange. Flavor of wheat, lemon, coriander, and clove with a nicely carbonated mouthfeel.

Shaker pint draft at the brewpub in Austin, Texas. Pour is a muddy dense orange white with not much of a white head. Aroma of not too much, some grainy wheat, some citrus, and some light yeasty fruitiness. Taste is more assertive, with bright citric wheat, clove yeast, and orange peel citrus. Palate is medium bodied, thick mouth feel with lowish carbonation.

2009 Batch was not the same as the 2008 batch. Light crisp easy drinking white bier. medium on malts and hops. Little to no citric flavor or spicing (new to this years version). Competition Worthy. Last years was identical to Celis white. After my first Glass I ordered a half barrel to take home as I was sure this beer would not last long.

Hazy gold with a tight white froth. Nice spiced orange peel with clove and coriander aromas. Medium body. Big citrusy orange twang with tart wheat and a spicy merry go round of flavors. Very easy drinking summer beer. Draft @ NXNW brew house.

Cloudy pastel yellow with a short lived white head. Smell is super floral - roses and lavender and also a touch bready as well. Flavor is lemony and fresh and summery. Very light flavored and not very "witbier" like at all. Super mild. Mouthfeel is okay - medium body and on the verge of thin but fits here. Overall, it is drinkable but it is just a bit too much like lemonade for me.

Draught. Inviting lemon aroma with a strong sourness. Pours cloudy dark-yellow with a small head. Opens with a strong lemon flavor with only a light orange touch, which makes a very interesting wit. The coriander shows up next in perfect balance with a spicy, rounded bitterness. Palate is clean and appropriately thin for the style. Highly drinkable and refreshing. An outstanding witbier.
