On tap, poured a dark brown hue w/ quickly diminishing head and no lacing. Moderate sweet malty aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a light bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are mild chocolate and light roast breakfast coffee. Medium bodied, lively carbonation and watery mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mora2000 (5569) - McKinney, Texas, USA - OCT 24, 2010
Bottle purchased in the Spring and then forgotten about. The beer pours a dark brown color with a tan head. There are huge chunks of yeast in the bottle of the bottle and some of them got into the glass even with a careful pour. The head is very large and there is very lively bubbling going on. The aroma is roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is roasted malt with some chocolate. There is also some bitterness from the heavily roasted malt. Thin mouthfeel and high carbonation.
