COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In anticipation of long nights of celebration with the many friends we’ve made over the last 25 years, the brewers of North Coast have created a Belgian inspired session beer designed to promote a festive mood while minimizing the consequences of overindulgence. Brewed with pale malts and fermented with the same yeast strain used to make Le Merle, our Twenty-fifth Anniversary Ale is sharp and spritzy with a delicious flowery, spicy dry-hop aroma.

Nice brew with a little farmhouse action going on along with the standard Belgian zest and some light fruit. I dig it, but priced special and not quite there.

bottle, from North Coast gift shop. Good aroma, sweet. fruity spice. kind of apple and grape, peppery yeast, some cheese. Clean golden orange color, good head that faded quickly to nothing, no lace. light sweetness, lightly sour, flavors. light body, thin creamy mouthfeel, lively carbonation, spice dry finish. It’s good, easy to drink, aroma best part for me. nice fruit and spice scent.

Clear golden under a thin foamy lacy head. Light aroma of hay and a little peach and melon. Flavor is surprisingly full for the small abv, with nice amounts of Belgian barn malt, a bit of pilsner malts, and a little grassy bitterness to balance only. Smooth and bright and balanced. Just a little one dimensional.

On tap at Parry's. Poured a light, hazy gold with a thin white head. Smells like a typically great belgian white ale. Kind of lemony and wheat. Very drinkable. I sometimes forget how good a lighter beer can be! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
