3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 chinchill (585) - South Carolina, USA - MAY 12, 2013
12 oz bottle poured hazy (no effort made to keep sediment in the bottle) yellow-golden with a small temporary head. Like most wheat beers, the aroma was not very compelling, but the flavor was quite appealing nonetheless. The yeast imparts a fruity aroma and flavor than is rather tropical in the nose and mainly lemony/citrus on the tongue. Lightly tart.
O: an exceptionally refreshing barley/wheat ale, with fine citrus overtones.
1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20 Fredis23 (92) - Illinois, USA - MAY 5, 2013
Dark Brown, Dirty And Murky. The Looks do not match the pic on brewers website, so it has to be waaay past its expiration date, although there is no date stamp on the bottle. Before checking their website the only explanation that i could come up - this is their brewing style... Tried their Red Seal Ale, had similar issue, therefore might be a good idea to start labeling dates:best before or born on. Strong wheat sourness, yeast and taste that is similar to Whiskey Cask aged beers that have whiskey or alcohol aftertaste. Not pleasant as it was, but might try it again if I could figure out how to find a fresh bottle.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 5000 (4974) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAY 3, 2013
Bottle:   Straw in color, orangish a bit, hazy, some chunks of sediment, moderate frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft wheaty nose, very pale citrus and even pink peppercorn aspects.   Wheaty on the tongue, slight
sweetness, a bit fruity, not too heavy but moreso bubbley.   Not a thick wheaty beer, body and mouthfeel are moderate.   It seems really bubbley on the tongue.   Pale bright wheatiness on the finish, spritzy, soft sweetness,
with a little bit of citric acid on the finish.   Decent Wheat Beer in that its not sulfuric, but its not terribly wheaty.   Body needs to be a little more chewy, thats my only complaint.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle thanks to weihenweizen. Pours a hazy orangy copper with a white head of foam. Decent retention. Aroma is mildly fruity and citrusy with some nice bead notes coming through. Aroma is fruity sweet with a pleasant doughy presence. This is a pretty nice lighter wheat ale. I don’t mind it.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 EtTuCthulhu (398) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - MAR 25, 2013
This way this beer pours is overall gorgeous: pale golden color, cloudy character, sediment, and frothy white head. The aroma is muted with hints of citrus hops, yeast, and wheat combining nicely. The taste is quite sweet, slightly sour, and slightly bitter; also, the palate is a fuses a medium body, slick texture, average carbonation, and an abrupt finish, which make for an easily drinkable beer.
