Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Nice red/brown color! Aroma is raisins,dark fruit and some sticky alcohol. Taste is caramel and fruit with a burning sweet alcohol finish.

Nov 18, 2008 Cloudy ruby with a small off-white head, lacing. Nose of raisin, almond, and bubblegum. Flavor has significantly more fruit, some nut, a lot more malt. Pretty light body with a short finish. Overall nice, but not very special.

Nov 2, 2008 750ml bottle. Caramel brown with fluffy off-white head. Aroma and flavor of caramel, brown sugar, and spices. Gets better as it warms in my glass. A touch sweet. Better than I expected.

Nov 1, 2008 Small bottle. Pours to dark body with caramel colored head that is pretty thin. Aroma is faint but flavor is nice...hints of chocalate and caramel. Overall a nice brew.

Oct 31, 2008 355 ml bottle. Average, stable tan head. Translucent reddish brown colored body. Inviting fruits and caramel in the aroma. Taste is medium sweet; a nice mix of sweet ripe fruits, refined caramellish malts and mild bittering hops. Good body. Smooth, oily texture. Lasting malty and fruity-bitter (i.e complex) ending. Very nice brew.

Oct 29, 2008 Bottle shared by Skinnyviking. Dark brown colour with a medium head. Great lacings. Aroma is sweet malts, ripe fruit, caramel and a hint of alcohol. Creamy palate that explodes in your mouth. Lots of dark fruit like prunes and rasins, spices and end up with a slight of warm alcohol. Great brew!

Oct 27, 2008 Bottle. Low creamy and quickly disappearing white head. Very dark brown almost black body. Veineous roasted malt caramel aroma and flavor with heavy carbonation and a long aftertaste.
