A rustic ale, pale in color, inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the Flanders region. Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas af tropical fruit.

Editor’s Note: previously known as Whole Foods Silver Jubilee.

Georgeous nose. Pineapple, tangerines and apricot. and (surprising) heaps of mint! Golden to orange color with medium to full body. Nice tangy bitterness but somewhat short palate. Final impression: orange cremesicle. A bit to rich by the end of the glass for me but nice to enjoy, especially as it warms (initially served ice cold from draught) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap half pint at Gilly's Beer & Fine Wine in Rockville, MD. Clear, golden color with a fine off-white head and very good lacing. Aroma of white wine, tangerine, spice, caramel and yeast. Crisp taste of spice, yeast, white wine, caramel and tropical fruit. Medium/light body and high carbonization with a clean mouthfeel that matched the crisp taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very nice rustic saison. Fruity and somewhat sweet. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Very good beer.

375. Pours a hazy golden orange with bubbly eggshell head that leaves some soapy lace touches. Nose involves rustic dough, apple, light pepper spice, white wine. Quite sweet flavorwise, with a fair tartness and a touch of bitterness. Light to medium body, fluffy and active with carb, crisp with a cleansing tart finish. Pretty decent, but too sweet and apple-y for me to completely enjoy it.

Bottle. Light and sweet in the nose, with a touch of funk. Hazy honey color. Mildly fruity and funky, with some light bittering / ends mostly bitter Thin-medium body. Okay. A bit weak on all fronts. Doesn’t match up to most good saisons.

Pours golden hazy with low white head. Aroma of honey, citrus, wheat, light spice, light yeast. Taste is sweet with light citrus bitterness about midway through before a honey sweet finish. Body is light and slick with average carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. Lemony, dusty nose, dry fruits. Orange-gold color. Sweet, biscuity flavor, nicely hopped but too sweet. Good bitter at the finish but too sweet over all.
