A rustic ale, pale in color, inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the Flanders region. Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas af tropical fruit.

The cork made a loud pop and some foam began to pour out of the bottle. The head was lively and big in the glass. Bright citrus aroma. Flavor is like a dry champagne with some tart citrus flavors. Also has a crisp bitter flavor. An interesting and enjoyable beer. I have really been enjoying saisons recently.

From bottle into pint glass. Light orange color, light lemon, some funk. Sweet, no bitterness, good carbonation. Generic.

Une bouteille partagée par Vincent. Une robe dorée avec un col blanc. Un nez de poivre avec du blé. Une bouche simple avec des saveurs de caramel poivré. Une drôle de saison qui à mon avis manque de ce caractère de saison.

Bottle at home, poured a clear dark golden colour with a smaller white head on top. Nose of fresh pressed citrus, barnyard, grapefruits and a hint of dusty grains, nose is typical farmhouse. Very Nice and refreshing smooth mouthfeel

Bottle. Pours scoop perish color with a good head and bits of lacing. Aroma of citrus, fruit and bit of yeast. Taste of citrus, light fruit, slightly sweet and trace of yeast. Mild bitterness and finish is quite clean. Moderate body, has a crisp, clean feel, without being being overly funky and earthy. Enjoyable Easy drinker.

Bottle shared by Joes. Hazy yellow golden color, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts, yeasty, sweetish. Tastes about the same: sweetish, yeasty, some malts, a hint of sweet banana and pear with a hint of fruitpeel bitter in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle. Hazy yellow-orange. Aroma: malt and a little fruit, quite in style. Taste: light sour fruit, pears and apples, spices, specific yeast.

A lot of hops and Belgian yeast in an excellent Farmhouse Ale. A lot of hops and Belgian yeast in an excellent Farmhouse Ale.

Pour was clean and had very little head to it. Beer is clean to drink and has very little of that saison "funk" to it

Bottle from giant eagle I think. Nose is wine like and has alcohol stank on it. Crisp and apple, grain, and alcohol tastes in there. Smooth and Belgian for sure but not as complex as some saisons. Would do again but may look for others to try.

When i searched for this i came up empty because I tried to make this beer feminine. Im sorry i attempted to emasculate you L"E" Merle. Clear golden yellow color with lively carb. Very traditional aroma comes across a bit too sweet and rich in malt profile and sweet fruits. Apple, pear, caramel malts, white bread soaked in cider. Taste is chewy sweet and spicy. Some kind of bastardized belgian strongish ale that is decent but not my cup of tea.
