COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Opaque apricot color with nice fruity aroma. Citrus, aprictos, darker fruit flavors. Fairly malty, sugary. Pleasant aftertaste -- light hops & spices. My girlfriend & I really enjoyed this one.

Nice cloudy golden yellow, sweet, fruity, spicy nose, flavor of sweet fruits, peach?, citrus, spicy, nice carbonation, pleasant mouthfeel, finish is spicy, quite a nice job they did on this beer.

Bottle. Bright peachy orange, smallish head. Delightful, strong fruity aroma: peaches, apricots, a hint of figs & bananas, yeast. Flavor disappointingly pedestrian, though: heavily yeasty and carbonated, with a spicy pepperiness and little fruity sweetness or malt character. Sour and mouth-puckering in the finish .. this seems way off to me, don't know if it's a bad bottle or I just don't like it.

Hazy orange color with small off-white head. Slight spicy-fruity nose. Medium body with fruity tast and watery finish. A little too much carbonation on this taste.

Tap, snifter. Yellow with slight head. Slight fruity/candi sugar aroma. Malty with a big full round flavor. Nothing special, but drinkable.

Poured a hazy orange with a white head. Aroma was of citrus, fruits, and spices. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Peaches, lemon zest, orange peel, and spice on the tongue. For the style this was a nice beer, although it reminded me of a white beer.

WooHooo, finally a chance to use my new Orval glass I got from Liquid Solutions. Pours a very cloudy amber with a rather disappointing head and no lacing. Smells spicy and fruity. Tastes is a very complex mixture of cloves, bananas, apricots, and a few other spices and fruits. Very nice indeed. Mouthfeel is heavy for a Belgian but plenty of carbonation. Drinkability is good. Great price ($1.70) for a fine Belgian style beer.

Bottle at the Flying Saucer in Nashville. No head, foggy amber color. Nice citrusy aroma full of apricots and grapefruit. A little hops and some malt. Fairly smooth, somewhat bitter. Overall a decent Belgian Ale.

12 oz capped bottle: dense fizzy off-white head above an opaque orange wheat coloured body. Fleshy apricot aroma with notes of warm sourdough, orange coriander, banana peel, vanilla beans, cinnamon, and light alcohol burn. Peppery palate, with moist orange slices, bubble gum, bananas, and fine yeast carried across the tongue with soft carbonation. Esters are evident thru-out along with a chewy, doughy finish, nice.
