I wasn't too impressed with this beer. It didn't smell very good and it tasted kind like woody flavor. It kind of grows on you though. It wasn't bad, but not great.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hmmm...I think this one is decent. A slightly bitter, hoppy, orange-nosed brew, with some hints of sweetness that balance it all out. Yeasty and cakey aroma, spicy finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Yeasty, fruity nose - cloudy golden, tiny white lacing - flavor is a bit thin, but has decent combination of yeastiness, grainy flavors, floral hops, slight sweetness - finish is a bit watery - a decent effort, but falls short.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This Ale radiates a beautiful foggy golden orange body and a bulky yet somehow compact head. Nose of coriander, orange pulp, and yeasty bread like similarities. Very delicate oily mouth feel. The flavor reminds me of angel food cake, notes of honey, and melons, Yes; that’s it, Honeydew. I will end it with that a ripe golden honeydew melon, so ripe its oozing, so sweet your lips are sticky, ok, somehow this rating took a turn to the sexual side so I’m out.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
First off let me preface this rating with the fact that I am new to Belgian style ales (I have only had about 5 different ones). I don't understand why some don't like this one. Very peach to citrus aroma with lime tones. Poured very orange and cloudy. A bit sweet for my taste but compared to the other Belgian ale's I have had this one compares quite well with this style. Palate was a little too rich and somewhat unbalanced but not bad.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bought in the 12 oz brown stubbie with a marvelous 17th century drinkinf scene on the label.
In appearance the beer is a lovelly deep golden colour with an everlasting pure white head, great swirls of carbonation.
Oh my what a fine aroma this beer has, wonderfully fruity with banana predominating..coriander present..very fresh smelling.
A lovely fizzy sweet fruitiness in taste, banan and coriander( slightly over ripe banana)..sweet sherbet great stuff.
Wonderfully creamy but with a fizzy kick.
A very drinkable Belgian style..I loved this beer..will by many many more.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A very drinkable and enjoyable Belgian Ale indeed!I liked this one from the moment I tasted it and I definitely would enjoy having this one again and again! It poured a small sized white head with fine-small sized bubbles that fully dissipated. The body was carbonated, clear with floaties and it had a golden hue.The nose was malty and fruity with a sweet and fruity flavor from start to finish. The palate was smooth, somewhat thin and light bodied. There was a fair amount of lacing with this beer.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This brew poured a small head of fine to large sized mostly diminishing white colored bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated transparent orange colored body with floating particles in it that were not yeast and a fair lacing. It had a fruity apricot like aroma and a smooth slightly bubble mouthfeel. The flavor was a very nice Belgian one with dough notes dominating it. The flavor was very enjoyable indeed. Well recoommended!

another attempt at abelgian, this one isnt bad, but lacks the character of a true belgian. Very crisp and refreshing with a dry hoppyness, a strange beer indeed
