COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Creamy buttery aroma with citrus lemon and pepper. Bready. Taste is same wheat like zest, citrus, tang in finish, some creaminess. Foamy and citrusy overall mainly wheat beer like with more body. Some yeast funkiness. For NC I was expecting this to be a bit more likable.

The word that comes to mind is "rolls." This Belgian ale rolls over your tongue. Sour, the way good Belgian ales are. Went well with chicken fajitas.

Bottle: Banana-yellow color with a cloudy, toasted wheat vibe. Volatile pour with a thick white head that settles pretty quickly. Earthy & fruity ester aroma; banana, pear, white pepper, herbs. A bit of clove & bubblegum, too. Clove much heavier on the palate with even more white pepper & a phenolic alcohol character that weighs pretty hefty on things. Leafy hops leading into a finish with silky wheat, toasted bread, yeast, clove, biscuits, & slightly chalky overtones. A bit of alcohol. Not bad.

Clear initially but cloudy later, gold, tall head. Pronounced yeasty and sulphurous nose. Medium body, light flavor, rich and bright mouthfeel, a little alcohol heat, long palate. Gently bittersweet, just right acidity, well balanced. Simple flavor, yeasty, Enjoyable, not remarkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Really nice and floral. Nice taste but lingers just a bit. Still enjoyed it. Snowpocalypse

Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma has some candy sugar and tropical fruits...touch of apple. Flavor is much more earthy/pithy and bitter...still some fruitiness and a bit of yeasty spice...touch of wheat or rye? Mouthfeel is full and slightly syrupy with a dry bitter clovey/peppery finish that lingers to a minerally flavor.

Pours golden with a moderate white head. Smell is traditional Belgian yeast funk into fruit. Tasted sweet lightly bitter and lightly tart. Taste more like a farmhouse ale then a Belgian Strong ale

The first thing you notice is the honey aroma of the beer. There is very little head and there is a watery mouth feel. This Belgian style beer has a nice citrus flavor with a hint of coriander.
