COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

On tap at the Beer Trappe in Lexington. Very hazy yellow-gold with a durable head and excellent lacing. The aroma is surprisingly subtle and mild but the spicy Belgian yeast does show. Otherwise, sweet and fruity (mostly lemon). The flavor largely follows, albeit with more yeast evident . A bit peppery, lemony and grassy. Light body seems a bit thin, but has fine, soft carbonation. O: refreshing, tame and highly drinkable.

Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow with a dense long lasting white head while leaving lots of lace on the glass. Aroma of fruity esters intertwined with spicy peppery phenols, noble hops and a light alcohol. Taste is fruity like pears and apples mixed with some spicy peppery phenols, sweet pil malt base and a soft alcohol presence with leaves a delicate warming on the finish. Medium bitterness is present from the hops and alcohol mixed together and full flavor is detected from the high carbonation which leaves the characteristic dry finish. Pleasure to drink...great American brewed belgian style ale!

UPDATED: APR 3, 2014 On tap. Pours a hazy yellow color. Aroma is sweet, a little spice, Belgian yeasts. Taste is nicely sweet, rich, balanced. Full mouthfeel. An absolute joy to drink. Plenty of alcohol, but well hidden. You won’t notice it until you feel it. Enjoyed in Narita, Japan, at the "I Love Pizza" restaurant not far from the JR and Keisei Line train stations.

Aroma is some citrus and wild yeast. Taste is sweet malt flavor with some slight sour taste and clove notes. There is a slight alcohol note but it actually finishes very smooth and fresh.Body is a cloudy yellow body with a thin frothy head that retains well.

pours almost clear bright yellow with nice small whtie cap showing some retention and few lacing. spicy, minty and slightly dusty yeastiness, doughy malts - pils and honeyed malts, pure honey and pale golden candi, herbs - some coriander. average carbonation, light to medium body - oily, hint of sweetness, herbal-grassy-spicy finish. a tad linear but effective.

A great American take on a mild, sessionable Belgian Strong. Clove / Spiced flavored bubblegum. Hay, grass, biscuits... and less floral notes which I’m particularly happy about. Very drinkable.
