3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tasted from bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow. White head that quickly dissipates. Strong aroma of sour belgian yeast. Taste is moderately sweet malt with a very creamy mouthfeel. Has the typical belgian spice taste that is so good. Minimal bitterness. Average carbonation and medium bodied. This is a great beer. My favorite belgian beer not made in Belguim.

Bottle. My favorite craft beer from California, hard to find on the east coast but always a treat. Smells mild and unassuming, pours mostly clean with a thin head which quickly dissipates. Light orange, mostly translucent with a little sediment. Mild fruity taste with a clean finish and no bitterness at all.

A light, fruity beer with a strong Belgian flavor. Not boozy, overly malty, somewhat sweet.

Malt, citrus, spice, stone fruit and melon. Slightly reductive. Pale golden color with light white froth. Slightly haze. Medium sweet. Light bitterness. Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation and medium finish.
Fruit driven and spice. Very fresh. Slightly elegant for Belgium ale.

Golden amber with a white head that quickly faded to nothing. Aroma is strong, but pleasant. Taste is fruity and again very pleasant. Very enjoyable.

This beer is all about that citrus flavor. It has a very nice boquet. It starts out almost too sweet then changes up to a lemony and orangey wonderland. It has a dry smooth finish. This beer would be perfect on a hot summer day.

Hazy Yellow, Huge Head, Good Lacing. I have Allergies At The Moment, so I Can’t Really Smell Anything,.Fruity, Sweet, Yeast. Mellow and Easy To Drink, Hides Alcohol Well. I already had a couple of their beers before and they were past their consumption date, skunky. I did not pay attention to maker of this beer before I popped it open. Pleasantly Surprised, this one is OK. Quite Nice. Recommended.

Strong floral mix of cider, citrus and white pepper. Lemon juice yellow. Very sweet flavor, becomes tart. Strength is evident yet very drinkable, has tonic like body. Reminds a bit of Unibroue’s blond ales, not quite a tripel.
