This Golden Ale has a very eye catching color resembles, those buttery oak aged chardonnay’s, it has no head just light lace at the rim of the glass. At a 7.6 ABV the alcohol is almost undetectable it’s very fresh and crisp absolutely easy to drink and would probably pair nicely with a summer salad or fish dinner. In the nose I detect a yeasty, light barnyard scent very it’s a very light aroma. This beer is very thirst quenching and enjoyable if you’re looking for something that does not smash you in the mouth. I enjoy almost all beers and this one I can honestly say is drinkable. Cheers.

Fairly solid Belgian. Yeasty with fruit and hay. Very thick, almost a meal. Definitely a solid Belgian, but not a spectacular one.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The appearance has a hazy orange slightly golden looking colored body with less than a half fingered white foamy head that quickly dies within a half a minute.
The smell has Belgian yeastiness up front with a nice allocation of spices to compliment the aroma.
The taste is spicy yet somewhat sweet and a nice complimentary sort of under-shadowed sort of "sweet" tones to give a very nice sort of spicy/sweet/dry aftertaste with a quick dry finish.
The palate has a light to medium body and provides a decent sessionability that could definitely go with its respected food. Carbonation is good for a Belgian Strong Ale.
Overall, I’d have this one again and would absolutely love to put this up with its respected food.

Clear yellow/gold pour, very thin head. Nose is yeast and faint tropical fruit. Bittersweet. Middle has more fruit, spices(nutmeg or clove), and lightly malted grain. Finish is dry and yeasty. Not bad.
