COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

355ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden orange, small white head. Aromas of light spice, dried fruit, citrus. Not getting much Belgian-ness. Taste is sweet, light spice. Light body, bit thin. Sweet finish. Ok.

Pours a bright orange-gold, like glowing embers. Ephemeral white fluffy head, which dissipates to an archipelago of lively suds reacting with the yeast. Aroma of spicy yeast, coriander, golden raisins, mild clove and nectarines. Flavor is assertive, peppery Belgian yeast. Notes of banana bread, crisp perfume floral hops, pleasantly phenolic, plum-like fruit quality. A really nice take on a classic style. If the pepper notes were dimmed down a bit, this would be an absolute pace setter for American Belgian-style beers.

Moderate body, crisp, clean and smooth. No hint od the 7.6% ABV. Nicely balanced. Enjoyable beer that goes down easy.

Small dense white head, pale light gold body, nice Belgian ale, something different among the bottle selection at a pub yesterday, I enjoyed a few and grabbed a 4 pack on the way home. I’m enjoying one at this moment. Research and stuff. Will buy again.

355 ml bottle.
Pours hazy golden color with a small, rapidly dissipating head. Aroma is sour with apricot and sweetish with caramel, mild yeast notes, herbs and some earthy notes. Quite fruity, even juicy flavor, sourness is quite mild though, faint toffee, yeast and herbs also. Medium carbonation, alcohol is hidden. Decent.
