COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Great mouthfeel, very creamy and carbonated, reminiscent of a hefeweissen but instead of bananas it tastes like lemon pith or white wine grapes. Very well balanced. Great session beer.

A little bit of banana and yeasty funkiness but still very light body. You can smell this one from quite a ways off. I drank it, and now it is in my belly.

17th May 2015: on tap at Board and Brew, Laguna Niguel (Orange County, California). Hazy golden pour with a white blanket of foam for a head. Yeasty feel to the brew from the start, even though it was so cold when served I found it inpossible to taste or smell much for the first half of my 16oz’s. Also thought wheat might have been used by the head retention and flavour. Decent enough without setting the world alight.

Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund. The beer has got a hazy golden colour with a smooth body and steady, low head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and flowers. Taste of sweet Belgian yeast, flowers, honey and sweet herbs. Belgian, flowery finish. Easy to drink, yet nothing I really enjoyed.

Pours pale amber with a frothy white head. Nose is Belgian farmhouse spunk; sweet and slightly sour. Taste is slightly sour. Medium body. Vigorous carbonation. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

BOTTLE. Pours a see through gold with no head. Nose is huge honey sweetness, tiny lemon & some yeastiness. Taste is subtle sweet malts, a touch of honey.. any after taste disappears quickly.. Sourced Cape Cellars
