Robe rousse limpide.Col de mousse blanc cassé moyennement persistant. Nez de malt et de houblons résineux, floraux et amérisant "américains". Corps d’une certaine ampleur, alcool peu présent, finale assez sèche, maltage assez discret. Bière sympathique.

without turbidity bright clear brown color, which foam, thick, soft and very permanent bubble. To bring it closer to the nose, a mild odor hop seen mainly. On the palate, it is a very balanced mix of hops and malt with a spicy finish and not too pronounced bitterness of 42 IBU. All it combined with a moderate carbonation and a dry finish.

Bottle. Orange copper color. Aroma of caramelised malt, peach and citrus. Taste of malt, caramel, sweet toffee and just a little peachy hops. Bottle is a bit old I guess. Numner.

Red brown beer, very clear with some bubbles and a big frothy head. Smell is bitter, citric peel astringent. Hint of caramel and apple, lightly metallic. Taste is bitter sour with a hint of sweetness. Nice salty fizz, with a dry watery finish. Towards the end pungent and peel astringent. Caramel is quite dominant, but well balanced against the bitterness.

Tap at Craft Beer Base Bud. Very tangy fruit aroma with spicy hopping. Reddish/amber color. Ripe fruit, spicy, mid balances well, hopping is tasty and crisp, and the finish is a little minerally and dry. Thin-medium body. Nice flavor development of moderate fruit throughout the palate.

Bottle. Pours a quite clear, golden amber beer with a nice, slightly creamy off white head on top. Aroma is very malty, hints of honey, fresh spices and some piney, hoppy influences. Flavor is lightly bitter, spicy again, earthy notes and has a malty finish. Soft carbonation. Quite decent.
