6-pack from Brewers World, Dumont, NJ...bottle pours a cloudy amber color with a sudsy off-white head...aroma of malt, hops and light flowery citrus...taste is crisp, dry, slight hoppy bitterness in th end...decent lacing...I passed this one up a few months ago but after reading the reviews I made sure to pick it up this time around...glad I did.

Aug 19, 2008 I weas suprised found this at a liquor store in Topeka Kansas. Under an inch of dust. Fruity, hoppy aroma on top of this clear amber colored ale. Earthy, caramel and biscuts for flavor. Slightly bitter at the finish. Although a tad watery. This a fine and solid beer

Aug 18, 2008 ???This was my favorite beer a few years ago, and hadn’t had one in quite some time. This was a major disappointment. The aroma specifically is off. I feel bad for saying this, but the aroma reminds me of diaper...??? That alone dropped this from a 4 to a 3.2. Is North Coast loosing it? Under new management? I found pranqster to a major disappointment, Brother Thelonius came up short for me too. Sad times....

does not count  Aug 16, 2008 Had two Red Seal Ales on tap at Old Bag of Nails. Pours a amber cover into a pint glass. Has a sweet hoppy flavor.

Aug 16, 2008 Pours a nice light brown with a big fluffy head that lasts for a while. The nose is not hugely hoppy but just right for a pale ale. Maybe a little too carbonated with a hint of sweetness although it is moslty dry with a bitter aftertaste that has a mild spiciness.

Aug 12, 2008 On tap at The Rockford, Raleigh. An old favorite, and an unassumingly pleasant beer. A big copper pour with a fluffy head and lasting retention. The nose is pleasantly hoppy, but with bready malts evident. Chewy body, not unlike SNPA, but the finish is grassy and hoppy.
