Great tasting beer.100% recommend. I worked the North COast tent at the Music City Beer Festival. If they were giving awards most well liked, this one wpouild have won GOLD. Everyone that attended enjoyed it.

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2007 Golden. A smooth crisp hoppy beer. One of my favorties and I recomend it to all my friends.

This might not be everyone’s idea of the best beer, but to me this beer was superb. It has a strong inviting wheat smell and pours a golden yellow with a great head on it. It has a medium body feel that’s not too heavy or too light. It goes down well with a smooth delicious taste. Definetly a must try!

Delicious summertime beer, very refreshing. drinkable during the winter months too if your looking for an alternative to Sierra nevada

Very clean, hoppy pilsner. Perfect on a warm day. One of my wife’s favorites. Notes of citrus...light body. Easy drinker.

THIS is what a pilsener is supposed to taste like. Great brew. Pours a hazy golden hue into the glass with a small white head. Notes of malt, yeast, and cereal on the nose. Nice light/medium mouthfeel to it. Very refreshing and crisp. Great session brew. I wish all pilseners could taste something like this, this is how you do it!

tap at the flying saucer in addison. dark yellow pour with a fat white head. aroma is like cheesecake. grahama crackers, lemon and vanilla with a sweet note in the aroma. vanilla flavor that is crisp and smooth. leaves a nice mouthfeel. very dry doughy pizza crust flavor to this. i can detect some bitter in the finish. this would be great with some BBQ, maybe i detect some meatiness because of that thought, who knows? this is a nice quencher i will have again.

i would indulge a lot more if it was a little lower priced, but the quality is top shelf
