Bottle from Sake Taniguchi (World Beer Market). Light malty nose, with grain, small fruit, and very gentle hops. Clear medium gold color, thin head, good lace. Thin grainy initial, a light hit of malt sweetness, and bit bready. Thin body. Decent enough pils, but doesn’t have much character.

Pours very clear with sediments on the bottom. Aroma is malty with hints of yeast, normally i don´t like this but in this particular beer it was well done. Taste is crisp and nice as expected from a lager fermented beer. Well balanced bitterness. Great American craft pilsner! Bottle from SB.

On tap at a restaurant. Very clean crisp dry prototypical German style pilsner. Nice slightly sudsy mouthful and soft touch of hops in the finish.

12oz bottle pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma of stale bready malt, pils yeast, and some grassy hop spice. Taste similar to aroma minus any hops.

Clean finish, and a nice, resiny taste. Not the best Pilsner I’ve had, but a good complement to a full meal. I could’ve used more of an aftertaste, but it got the job done. Recommended, if not heartily.

Pours yellow golden from bottle, decent white head. Minimal malty aroma. Taste is sweet on front end, light malt complexity, negligible hoppy bitterness. Light body with medium carbonation. Overall refreshing but not hoppy enough for a Pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
