Can courtesy of agl108. Date on the bottom: 07/31/14. Pours a deep mahogany with a smallish dark khaki head. Cocoa, roasted coffee, caramel maltiness, a touch of molasses, and a light hoppy quality feature in the aroma. Fairly thin to medium-bodied on the way down. Kinda sweet upfront in the taste with a little caramel and cocoa. A little bitter at the end with some roasted coffee notes. Pretty average.

Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, licorice, a touch of soy sauce. Dark chocolate brown color, opaque. Chocolate, caramel maltiness; soft English hops with a balancing amount of bitterness, hints of licorice and roasted malt in the finish. Medium-bodied; soft, fuzzy mouthfeel. Calm on the palate. Good stout overall. I like it a lot; this is an excellent regular stout.
