Commercial Description:
Our asst. brewer must have been dreaming about the Doublemint twins when he doubled all the hop additions for the Buck Snort, making it one hopped up stout

A very happy screw up. Thanks for sharing the growler Juart. Pours black with a thick frothy medium tan head. A good bit of lacing. The nose has a ton of chocolate and coffee. Some smoky notes too. The flavor is extremely roasty. Coffee and chocolate with a big hop character. A rich flavor without too much body. Hopefully, they screw this up sometime again.

Draft at the brewpub. Wow. No body. No malt. All roasty hops. Good chocolate flavor with little balance. Makes it an IPA lover’s dream, only in a stout. Good lacing, medium body. Hoppy, roasty nose. Goos stuff.

From growler, courtesy of dpjuart. Very chocolatey and light smoky nose. Coffee and malted milk. Very light hop in the aroma. Malty, mlid sweet cocoa. Dark black, clear with foamy, pillowy tan lacing head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Starts fairly dry with lots of chocolate and coffee. Mild hoppy finish. Nutty bitter after. Nice stout.

Thanks to dpjuart for sharing a growler. Black body with a nice tan head. Smells super smoky and burnt, with caramel, molasses and coffee notes. Strong malty taste (chocolate, roasted malts and coffee) balanced by a clean, bitter, floral hop finish. Superb!

Draft. Dark brown body with a thin look to it and coffee aromas. Flavor is heavy with coffee, peat, smoke and charcoal. Although mouthfeel was a bit thin, I found this to be way better than normal Buck Snort.
