Spice nose. Big malt character, spicy, touch of coriander, lemon, some grassy-ness, and brown sugar. No real hop bitterness, just subtle. Good after. Mouthfeel is decent, a bit think with light carb. Nate (2166), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 27, 2007 On tap at North Country. Light sweet malty aroma, mild fruity esters and a bit of raisin. Hazy amber-copper clear, with thin off-white head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet with a rounded malty grainy taste, medium bitter hops. Fruity esters, light resin, and some grassy notes. Carbonic bite, with sweet raisin-nutty finish and light-medium bitter after.
