On tap at the brewery. Roasty with raisins and plums, sweet alcoholic notes. Vapory and sweet. Medium coppery amber clear with light haze and thin head. Medium-heavy body with heavy carbonation. Starts with tobacco, brown sugar, roasted grains, and light hops. Bit bitter finish with sweet after and alcoholic warming. Earthy.

If you like barley wine, ignore my numbers. Slight sweet aroma, no hint of what lurks within. Off yellow cloudy and just ever so slightly brown. Alky flavor impact on the first swig. Quite a shock to the girlie taste buds. Some carbonation, surprising for a heavy barley wine like this. Strong syrup effect that coat the inside of yer mouth. Candy and alcohol soaked fruit is ever present. Too much! If you like barley wine, you better look up this special brew. .
