Sample during the Armageddon tasting at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 12/20/2012. Clear amber pour with a medium off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and yeast. Medium body with flavors of malt, toffee and ripe fruit. The finish is sweet with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
