Iím guessing this is the right place for this. 12oz can from Kroger in Grandview labeled as milk stout. Black pour, thin tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate. Tastes are dark chocolate, milky, coffee, burnt malt. Chalky sweet finish. Thinnish palate. Little sweet for my tastes, but good.

12 ounce can, no canning date that I could find. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like chocolate, lactose, roasted malt and a bit of coffee. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma. Itís a mostly sweet chocolately brew with a bit of coffee and burnt/charred malt bitterness to it. Nice and tasty too! Mouthfeel/body is medium, itís a bit creamy and coating with a good amount of carbonation. I think itís a good overall milk/sweet stout. This is the first North High brew Iíve tried, but after drinking this one Iíll have to make a point to try some of their other ones now! $9.99 a 6-pack.

Tap at roots restaurant in Powell. Nose is smoky sweet and pours black. Head is thick but fades quick. Nitro and super smooth like a shake. Creamy and smoky sweet taste too. Burnt cocoa notes and a bit of coffee bean feel too. Would do again.

Chunky thick beige head on top of a black body. The nitro takes some of the heft away, but leaves the rich sweetness. Rich cocoa. Lactic touches. Good. Roasty sweet.

Draft at Jackie Oís Brewpub, 7/14/14. Pours a dark clear brown color with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, dark fruits, nuts. Medium bodied.

Taster on tap at the brewery. Dark brown, near black color. Nice thin light brown head. Nice mild coffee, roast aroma up front. Some good milk, slightly darker chocolate flavors. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter too. Medium-plus body. Smooth, creamy, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Pretty nice flavor stout. Not too sweet for me. Nice darker flavors on it.

Sample at World of Beer Easton. Black pour with a thick tan head. Aroma of malt, dark chocolate and roast. Flavor of chocolate and marshmallow before a roasty finish. Different. Not bad.

Full bodied Milk Stout, almost none existent nose, but a very complex taste and smooth finish that make this one of the better milk stouts weíve tried.

Nitro pour. Dark brown with a thick khaki head of foam. Strong coffee and marshmallow. Roasty and lightly bitter, like a nice rich cup of coffee. Thick mouthfeel.

Draft sample nitro at NHB. Poured a black color with an average tan creamy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium complex dark sweet lactic chocolate aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy dark sweet flavor with a medium to heavy dark sweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid brew.
