Draft sample at MBG Winterfest 2009 under name of Holy Hop Ale. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus spruce aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium balanced finish of moderate duration. This is a good beer.

Good IPA. I believe they use the cascade hops, good, but too much bitter. Strong grapefruit, light pine, nice floral aroma.

On tap at North Peak Brewing. Pours a cloudy amber with an off white head that laces down. Pine, grapefruit, and floral hops that are light but enjoyable. Candied and caramelized malt flavors with pine and grapefruit. Bitter finish that’s lasting. A decent IPA.
