3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 jeremyd365 (124) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - NOV 12, 2012Poured golden with a fine grainy nose. Tasted like a standard wheat beer, medium bodied and very drinkable. Nothing bad about this beer, but nothing obscenely great either. A very standard and drinkable wheat. I liked it but not enough to buy it on any regularity.

Stubby bottle poured a cloudy gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast and a hint of citrus with a crisp finish.

On tap at Jolly Pumpkin. Wet dog smell. Not much head. Tastes like wet dog and skunk. Hoping I got a bad batch. This just isn't good.

This beer is a hazy yellow-orange color with a medium thin and foamy white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, grain and a bit of fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, wheat and mild grassy hops. The finish is short with a slightly tangy fruit aftertaste. Fairly average overall.

Again, don’t care for the bottle design. Poured a hazy darker orange color with a minimal white head. The aroma is a little grassy with a hint of lemon. The flavor was grassy with a bit of citrus and a sour finish. Meh.

2.0 A: Hazed dark orange color. Just half a finger of frothy white head. Poor retention and no lacing.
3.0 S: Smells like all their beers. Lots of yeast. Below that there is bubblegum and banana with clove underneath that.
3.0 T: Wheaty, yeasty, with banana, bubblegum, and clove.
2.5 M: Medium body. Way undercarbonated for the style. Reasonably creamy.
3.0 D: Pretty average all around. My first NP brew was quite tasty, but all others have disappointed.

[4103-20111112] Tap. Doughy pumpkin cake aroma. Hazy, brown orange body with no lasting head. Fruity cake wheat flavour has an odd boozy whiskey-like kick somewhere. Medium body. Interesting. (6/3/6/3/14) 3.2

2011-11-12. Orange body, small beige head. Orange sweet citrus, light bitterness, hints at pomegranate like notes? 6+ Smooth average plus bodied palate is very lightly carbonated. Fruity sweetness, tart dishwater wheat, bit of fruit, chestnut? Bit odd. 6+ Okay, not what I was expecting. On tap at Jolly Pumpkin Cafe, Ann Arbor

Bottle in Detroit. Moderately hazy, golden appearance with a white head. Somewhat tangy, lemon, orange citrusy, mild wheat malty aroma. Fairly tart, lemon citrusy, wheat malty flavor. Weird tangy sourness.

Pours straw colored with almost no head. Watery. Not much going on here. A little sweet with a bit of citrus.
