Draft sampler at North Peak. Poured a clear dark brown color with a moderate fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate roasted bittersweet aroma. Medium body. Medium roasted bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration duration. More my style brew.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small head of large sized mostly diminishing frothy light brown colored bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body appeared semi-transparent with no visible carbonation and a dark brown color. The nose contained notes of malt and molasses. It was very smooth well rounded and nice overall. The mouth feel was smooth malty with a somewhat flat finish. The flavor contained notes of smooth dark malts molasses roasted nuts. A very nice flavor combination but there was not enough uuummmppphhh to it and was a bit on the weak side.

Draft at North Peak Brewing Co. Poured a tan small head that contained fine-small sized bubbles that mostly diminished. Uncarbonated, opaque and a dark brown hue. Malty and mild coffee aroma. Malt and coffee flavor. Smooth palate. Lacing was excellent. This beer lacks flavor IMO.

Pours a dark brown color with brown highlights and a thin light brown head. Mild aroma and flavor of chocolate. The body is light and oily with soft carbonation. Ordinary.

Tap at brewery. Pours deep black with a nice head and clinging lace. Aroma is coffee with roasted nuts floating in the brew. Flavor is roasted coffee beans with smokey chocolate in the finish. Palate is full and spreads the flavors along the tongue. Nice, nice brew!
