Mar 31, 2007 Draft sampler at North Peak. Poured a straw color with a moderate fizzy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Little to no hop aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Light soft sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. Clearly a light beer.

Jan 10, 2007 Cloudy golden pour with a ring of white lace on top. Boring aroma and flavor of malt and citrus. The body is light with a watery texture and lively carbonation.

Jul 10, 2006 Tap at brewery. Pours a dense, cloudy yellow with an aroma of straw, peach, and banana. Flavor is hay and oats. Mediocre palate. Not bad.

Sep 3, 2004 Draft at North Peak Brewing Co. Small white head with fine-small sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. Somewhat hazy, carbonated and a yellow hue. Aroma was malty and sweet as was the flavor. Smooth, watery and thin palate. Light bodied beer with good lacing.
