COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Its call is intoxicating. An aroma that beckons you to pull up a stool and linger over its toasted malt character. Next, a deep kiss of liquid lust that will caress your tongue, thanks to an array of toasty Pale, Crystal (30 and 75), what, Carapils and roasted barley malts balanced by the subtle bite of Willamette and Fuggle hops. It’s a brew that will seduce your heart, mind and palette.

North peak is jolly pumpkin’s not so belgian creation. a much better job than those crackhead concoctions they call beer.

EtTuCthulhu (1285) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - MAR 26, 2015
This beer pours a slightly hazy copper color with a medium khaki-colored head with some retention. The aroma is a blend of caramel, toasted, and slightly smoked malts with very little earthy hop characteristic; the taste is mildly sour, slightly umami, and a touch bitter, which isn’t terribly pleasant or inviting. The aftertaste is toasted malts that have been toasted a bit too long to be appealing anymore, and the rest of the palate reveals an average carbonation, slick texture, and a medium-light body.

Pours a nice amber with soft white head. Aromas are very sweet. Honey, corn syrup, and fresh grains. Sweet and refreshing drink. I like this more than the score indicates.

Pour is a murky brown with a small white head. Aroma is a decent caramel malt with some sweetness. Flavor is some chewy caramel malt with some chocolate in the back round. As far as amber ales go this is not a bad version. Decent malt profile and not a watery mess at all.

Faint caramel, grains and sweet brown sugar, with light citrus hop bitterness. Slightly metallic with a lemony finish. It?s light and easy to drink.

On tap at North Peak. Pour amber with an off white head. Taste and aroma of malt with a light hoppyness. An OK amber.

Nice amber color. I like how light it is. Very subtle flavor. Malty, smooth, and well-balanced.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy dark amber, beige rim head, dots of lace. Slightly toasted malt is the backbone of this brew. Light bittering on the swallow alters things a little, but, mostly a "regular" Ale.

Clear amber light brown color medium off-white head. Nose is almost exclusively brown sugar. Medium to light body, sweet without much hop bitterness, quick finish. Very basic.

Smells like sterile beer an not good. The taste is forgettable. Not much there. Some malt. Julie gives 1 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

St. Augustine, Fl - Broudy’s Liquors, 12 oz stubby bottle. Pours a lifeless medium copper, no head. Aroma has some mealy vegetable accents, a hint of molasses. flavor is muddled with some overripe vegetables, some molasses, just a hint of chocolate. Amber ale? Far from it. Oily mouuthfeel. Did not finish this one.
