COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beware of beer. There, we warned you. The frothy head, and pungent, piney dryhopped scent (from Cascade and Amarillo hops) should alert you to the brew’s imminent attack on your senses. Next, Cascade, Perle and Willamette hops will batter your palette with bitter ferocity. Finally, Pale, Crystal (30 and 75) and wheat malts converge in a cloudy, thick body and give you a smooth kiss of sweet death – and leave you howling for more!

Bottle from Healthy Spirits. Pours cloudy amber with a nice off-white head and a bready aroma. There is a bitter pale malt flavor with a very dry finish. Not very balanced - hop bitterness overwhelms the malt sweetness.

Draft to pint at Ei8ht Ball. Looks decent; a hazy burnt orange with eggshell head. Smells mildly hoppy and wheaty with a touch of soap. Tastes like it smells with an average, medium-bodied mouthfeel. Not bad, but would be better if it were lighter and dryer.

Can’t really taste the wheat from the aggressive hopping, but this is a pleasant and easy drinking IPA with a full hop flavor profile. Nicely done.

I like this beer quite a lot better than the consensus here. From the stubby bottle, pours a dark honey color with a huge frothy white head and lots and lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is piney and citrus. Taste has a wonderful maltiness that gives way to pine citrus hoppy bitterness. Medium slick mouthfeel, and perfect carbonation. This is a very nice beer that I would love to have again.

Pours an amber color with a clean malt aroma. Taste is very simple. Fine malt mixed with mild bitterness after the swallow. Some hay and earthy flavor, but a simple IPA that lacked complexity.

Bottle: Hazy orange-amber, minimal head. Faint, orange and wheat scent. Wheat malt, orange-peel taste...malt... Easy drinking, but nothing really stands out. Just OK.

Bottle. Buttery wheat malt and light orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet buttery wheat malt and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Okay.
