A medium-bodied IPA. Starts with a fruity nose and transitions to a dry peppery hop finish. Dry-hopped with Simcoe hops. Big and Tasty!

Editor’s note: abv changed from 7.8 to 6.8, and more hops added (Simcoe, Falconer’s Flight, Amarillo)

Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color. I get effectively no aroma on this, which I found disappointing. Taste is moderately bitter and slightly grassy, but I don’t find all that much substance to this one.

Hazy golden color, with creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, fruity. The mouthfeel is lean, quite dry; some toffee malt flavor; but the malt is completely hidden by an extreme hopping, very resiny, a bit fruity; the final is maybe just a bit too bitter.
Pleasant, aggressive, not graceful.

Draught @ Brouwers Café:   Orange hued golden, lively carbonation, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Soft hops, pith, citrus peel, and hops on the nose.   A little green and pithy on the tongue.   Certainly bitter, perhaps too much to one side.   Could use some more sweet citrus or floral notes to balance it out.   Needs a bit more malt backing for my liking.   It is an assertive IPA that is for sure.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Lingering bitter finish, very pithy.   Could use some softening, but its decent.

Nininininiiiice. Pleasant surprise. On tap at Hudson Public HouseVery smooth and creamy palate. Peanut buttery sweetness and well balanced hops. Spicy and piney hops. Delicious. Tastes a lot like oakshire watershed.

Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Fresh west coast hop aroma. Medium to light bodied. Crisp citrus cascade flavors. Finish is sharp. Not really balanced but that is ok. Easy drinking brew ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Decent IPA, albeit a little sharp. Pours hazy orange with a pillowy head. Smooth texture up front; dry finish. Malt flavors exude cocoa powder and bread dough, but the bold hops definitely take the stage. On the positive side, they burst with citrus rind, flowers and perfume. But on the negative side, they come off a little stark, bracing and astringent, and they leave behind a lingering, plant-stem-like bitterness in the aftertaste. In time, my palate adjusted to the discord, but I still found it to be a little rough around the edges.

Draft at collins. Pours a clear dark amber with a dense and creamy off white head that hangs around forever. Big bitey nose of pine. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Dark, toasty, resiny mid palate with an excoriatingly bitter resin finish. Maybe the most pnw of pnw resinous ipas...lots of boiled alpha acid here.

Pint @ Chuck’s. Solid IPA. Sweeter than most but don’t be fooled. There’s plenty of hops in there. Smells rather citrusy and the bitterness lasts. I like what I see so far.

Spicy, floral nose, herby and dankly grassy. Great hop flavor on a lightly malty crackery body. Citrus, grass, nice dankness, herbs, spicey notes. Delicious.

Golden in color, clear with a thin white head. Hops floral and fruity in the nose and flavor. This has a light malt flavor with some spices coming out. Sweet in the finish. Nice brew.
