4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Brouwer’s Big Wood 2012. This was another really pleasant surprise.Black pour. Like sticking your nose in a bag of brown sugar. Super sweet aroma, and the flavor adds a bit of tobacco, leather, and smoke. Really, really smooth -- hides its 12% beautifully. Great work from an up-and-coming brewery!
