Bottle at a ChrisO tasting - London. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Bladn nose, just some very faint dough and hay. The flavour follows with appropriate blandness, mild sweetness, some further dough, sweaty grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mellow sweetness in the end, hints of hay and white sugar. Just so bland.

Cask conditioned handpump Ale Wagon Leicester 16/01/13. A bright golden beer with an off-white head. Fairly sweet with herbal and fruity notes. A bit oily. I guess the herbal flavours are the ginseng. It’s OK no more.
